• First-time users are required to complete a "User Registration" on the sales site.

• ในขั้นตอนนี้ ผู้ใช้สามารถระบุตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ต้องการใช้บริการได้ หากไม่ได้ระบุบริษัทจะถือว่าเลือกใช้ตัวแทนจำหน่ายมาตรฐานของเว็บไซต์ คือ NR TRADING CO., LTD.
• この時、利用する販売代理店を指定します。指定がない場合は販売サイト標準の販売代理店（NR TRADING CO., LTD.）を適用します。
• The sales contract is established between the sales agent within Thailand and the customer upon the sales site accepting and confirming the customer's order.

注文方法

• Customers eligible to place an order must be a corporation, organization, or sole proprietor conducting business. (General consumers are not accepted.)
• ลูกค้าที่สามารถสั่งซื้อได้ต้องเป็น นิติบุคคล องค์กร หรือผู้ประกอบการรายบุคคล เท่านั้น (ไม่รับคำสั่งซื้อจากบุคคลทั่วไป)
• 注文できるお客様は、事業を行う法人・団体・個人事業主になります。（一般消費者は受け付けておりません）
• Orders must be placed via the sales site.
• การสั่งซื้อทำได้เฉพาะผ่านทางเว็บไซต์จำหน่ายเท่านั้น
• 販売サイトからの注文の申し込みとなります。

• Upon application for an order, a "Quotation" will be issued. Please check the quantity, product price, delivery schedule, etc.
• เมื่อมีการส่งคำขอสั่งซื้อ ระบบจะออก "ใบเสนอราคา" เพื่อให้ลูกค้าตรวจสอบข้อมูล เช่นปริมาณสินค้า, ราคาสินค้า, กำหนดส่งสินค้า
• 注文の申し込みにより「見積書」を発行しますので数量、商品代金、納期等をご確認ください。
• Once the customer confirms the order, an "Order Confirmation" will be issued after reviewing the order details. The sales contract is established upon the issuance of the Order Confirmation.
• เมื่อลูกค้าทำการยืนยันการสั่งซื้อแล้ว ทางบริษัทจะตรวจสอบรายละเอียดคำสั่งซื้อและออก "ใบยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ" ซึ่งจะถือว่า สัญญาซื้อขายมีผลสมบูรณ์แล้ว
• お客様が注文を確定すると注文内容の詳細を確認後に「注文請書」を発行します。これにより取引契約が成立します。

• The sales agent will send an invoice after product delivery.
• หลังจากส่งมอบสินค้าแล้ว ตัวแทนจำหน่ายจะออก "ใบแจ้งหนี้" เพื่อเรียกชำระค่าสินค้า
• 商品納入後に販売代理店より請求書を送付します。
• Payment for the product price is by bank transfer. The bank transfer fees shall be borne by the customer.
• การชำระค่าสินค้าจะดำเนินการผ่านการโอนเงินทางธนาคาร โดยลูกค้าจะเป็นเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบในค่าธรรมเนียมการโอนเงิน
• 商品代金の支払いは、銀行振込です。振込手数料はお客様負担とさせていただきます。
• Prepayment for the product price may be requested for first-time use, etc. In such cases, the customer will be notified in advance.
• ในกรณีการใช้บริการครั้งแรกหรือในบางกรณี บริษัทอาจขอให้ชำระค่าสินค้าล่วงหน้า โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าก่อนดำเนินการ
• 初回ご利用時などでは、商品代金の前払いをお願いする場合がございます。この場合は事前に通知します。

Product Shipment

• Products will be shipped according to your selected delivery time course.
• สินค้าจะถูกจัดส่งตามระยะเวลาการจัดส่งที่ท่านเลือกไว้
• ご選択いただいた納期コースに応じて、出荷します。
• However, delivery may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances (See the "Shipment" clause in the Terms of Service for details).
• อย่างไรก็ตาม ในกรณีที่มีเหตุสุดวิสัยหรือสถานการณ์ที่ไม่สามารถหลีกเลี่ยงได้ อาจเกิดความล่าช้าในการจัดส่ง (รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมโปรดดูในข้อ "การจัดส่ง" ของข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ)

• Delivery will be made by a transport company.

• 運送会社から配送します。
• Delivery destinations are limited to the Kingdom of Thailand. Delivery is completed upon handing over the product at the designated location.
• พื้นที่จัดส่งจำกัดเฉพาะภายในราชอาณาจักรไทยเท่านั้น เมื่อสินค้าถูกจัดส่งถึงปลายทางตามที่ลูกค้าระบุไว้ ถือว่าการส่งมอบเสร็จสมบูรณ์
• 配送先はタイ王国内のみとします。指定先へ配送し引渡したことをもって納入完了とします。
• The shipping cost of the Products shall, in principle, be borne by the Company. However, in cases where the weight or volume is excessive, or due to other special circumstances, the shipping cost may be borne by the User.
• ค่าจัดส่งสินค้าโดยหลักการแล้วให้ถือเป็นภาระของบริษัท อย่างไรก็ตาม ในกรณีที่น้ำหนักหรือปริมาตรมีขนาดใหญ่เกินไป หรือเนื่องจากสถานการณ์พิเศษอื่นๆ ค่าจัดส่งอาจเป็นภาระของผู้ใช้
• 本商品の配送料は、原則として当社が負担するものとします。但し、重量や体積が過大である場合、その他の特別な事情により、配送料がユーザー負担となる場合があります。

Order Cancellation

การยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ

注文のキャンセル

No changes to the product, quantity, or order cancellation can be accepted after the "Order Confirmation" has been issued to the customer (i.e., after the order has been confirmed).

หลังจากที่บริษัทได้ออก "ใบยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ" แล้ว ซึ่งถือว่าการสั่งซื้อได้รับการยืนยันอย่างเป็นทางการ ลูกค้าไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดสินค้า ปริมาณสินค้า หรือยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อนั้นได้

お客様に「注文請書」発行後（注文確定後）は、商品・数量等の変更及び注文キャンセルはできません。

Warranty

การรับประกันคุณภาพสินค้า

品質保証

• The product warranty period shall be within six (6) months after product delivery.
• ระยะเวลาการรับประกันคุณภาพสินค้าคือ ภายใน 6 เดือนหลังจากวันที่ส่งมอบสินค้า
• 商品の品質保証期間は、商品引き渡し後 6 か月以内とします。
• In case of defects such as insufficient quantity or deviation from specifications that do not conform to the contract, we will accept the delivery of the missing quantity, or repair/exchange the product.
• หากพบข้อบกพร่อง เช่น จำนวนสินค้าไม่ครบ สเปกไม่ตรงตามที่ระบุ หรือมีปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ บริษัทจะดำเนินการจัดส่งสินค้าส่วนที่ขาด ซ่อมแซม หรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าใหม่ ให้ตามความเหมาะสม
• 契約に適合しない数量不足、仕様違い等の不具合があれば不足分の納入、商品の修理又は交換をお受けします。
• There are stipulations regarding warranty limitations, conditions, items excluded from the warranty, and disclaimer of liability (See the "Warranty" and "Disclaimer" clauses in the Terms of Service for details).
• การรับประกันคุณภาพอาจมี เงื่อนไข ข้อจำกัด รายการที่ไม่อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบ และข้อยกเว้น (รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมโปรดดูในข้อ "การรับประกันคุณภาพ" และ "ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด" ของข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ)
• 品質保証の制約・条件・保証対象外・免責等の定めがあります（詳細は利用規約の「品質保証」、「免責事項」条項を参照）。

Product Returns and Exchanges

การคืนสินค้าและการเปลี่ยนสินค้า

商品の返品・交換

• Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective products mentioned above or for product discrepancies due to the seller's responsibility (such as order or shipping errors).
• บริษัทรับคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้า เฉพาะในกรณีที่สินค้ามีข้อบกพร่อง หรือเกิดจาก ความผิดพลาดของทางผู้ขาย (เช่น รับคำสั่งซื้อผิด หรือจัดส่งสินค้าผิดเท่านั้น)
• 上記の不具合品並びに販売側の責任（受注・出荷ミスなど）による商品違いの場合に限り、返品・交換をお受けします。
• Returns or exchanges for reasons other than the above will not be accepted.
• บริษัทจะไม่รับคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าในกรณีอื่น ๆ ที่นอกเหนือจากที่ระบุไว้
• これ以外の返品・交換には応じておりません。
• To return a product, please contact the sales agent first, then send the item Cash on Delivery (COD/freight collect). On-site returns or exchanges are not performed.
• หากต้องการคืนสินค้า กรุณาติดต่อกับตัวแทนจำหน่ายก่อน จากนั้นส่งสินค้าคืนโดย ระบุการจัดส่งแบบเก็บเงินปลายทาง (พัสดุเก็บเงินปลายทาง) ทั้งนี้ ไม่มีบริการเข้ารับสินค้าคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้านอกสถานที่
• 返品は、販売代理店にご連絡後「着払い」で商品をお送りください。出張による返品・交換は行っていません。
• We will not take action if the alleged defect pointed out by the customer is not confirmed upon inspection of the returned product.
• หากหลังจากตรวจสอบแล้ว ไม่พบข้อบกพร่องตามที่ลูกค้าแจ้ง บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะ ไม่ดำเนินการคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้า
• 返品の商品にお客様の指摘する不具合等が確認できなかった場合は対応いたしません。

Risk of Loss and Title

ความเสี่ยงจากความเสียหายและกรรมสิทธิ์ในสินค้า

危険負担・所有権

• Loss, damage, alteration, or reduction in quantity of the product occurring before delivery shall, in principle, be borne by the sales agent. After delivery, it shall, in principle, be borne by the customer.
• หากเกิดการสูญหาย เสียหาย เสื่อมสภาพ หรือปริมาณสินค้าลดลง ก่อนการส่งมอบสินค้า ความรับผิดชอบจะอยู่ที่ ตัวแทนจำหน่าย หลังจากที่สินค้าถูกส่งมอบให้แก่ลูกค้าแล้ว ความเสี่ยงหรือความเสียหายต่าง ๆ จะเป็นความรับผิดชอบของลูกค้า
• 商品引渡し前に生じた滅失、毀損、変質、減量等の損害は原則販売代理店が負担します。引渡し後は原則お客様の負担になります。
• Title to the product shall transfer from the sales agent to the customer upon payment of the product price.
• กรรมสิทธิ์ในสินค้าจะถูกโอนจากตัวแทนจำหน่ายไปยังลูกค้า เมื่อมีการชำระค่าสินค้าเสร็จสิ้นสมบูรณ์แล้วเท่านั้น
• 商品の所有権は、商品代金を支払ったことを持って販売代理店からお客様に移転します。
